To be eligible for a return, the used watch must meet one of the following conditions:

Non-Eligibility for Return

Return and Exchange Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Our customer service team will provide a Tracking number, which must be included with the returned watch.
- Return the watch: Ship the watch back to us within 7 days of receiving the Tracking number, using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection and verification: Our team will inspect and verify the returned watch to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Refund and Exchange Options
If the returned watch meets the eligibility criteria, we offer the following refund and exchange options:

Delivery Cost Deduction
Please note that the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The delivery cost includes the cost of shipping the watch to the customer and the cost of returning the watch to us.
